why would you go and buy an xbox, ps2, etc.? well, with the pc, you need to download the game. that can be nerve racking, but with a gaming platform, you can just start playing it, and theres game titles that aren't on pc. but all in all, someone asked me why, so i give an explanation.;)

At the moment I choose PC for my gaming. Why? A year ago I got a pretty powerful system (of course, not a gamer's paradise...) which is able to process latest games, including Need for Speed Carbon. I need to take photos (screenshots) which I am going to upload to the site, so PC is convenient.

On the other hand, I would definitely buy a Xbox or PS system to prevent all those incompatibility problems...

For now, Xbox but soon I am gonna get a new rig and have it chargin' hard -
it's gonna have a GeForce 7800GT - and I like it because I can hack games and post screenshots. But controlling a street racer - going at 9000RPM, 600HP and 390 KM/H - is hard with a keyboard.

dude,
i chose ps2 for gaming
bcoz my laptop is not compatible with games
always wanted to buy a xbox
but damn it xbox is quite expensive over here :-s

i used to play pc games a long time ago in the nfs porsche unleashed era (sumtime in 2000 i think):(
but then since my pc broke down i didnt play any games until the ps2 price dropped down (end year 2004) :D

i bought one and satisfied with it
no need to upgrade for any new games
hehe :drunk:

right know im starting to save money to buy ps3 :D

i'm in the U.S. but us over here also have issues with consoles... the ps3 is 600$, thats basic. buying it without the panels(which i don't understand) and one controller, nothing else, is 400$. the nitendo wii is 250$ and is a pretty good package, though the processor is 4X slower than ps3, ps3 superkit is 700$. xbox 360 400$. and ps3's are big on ebay... my friend bought one and put it on ebay for 1000$, he's getting bids over 5000$!so its rare with ps3, and confusing

Men, the Xbox360 is the one that i prefer (tough i only have a Ps1 and my Pc), I've always preferred Xbox over Ps2, and my opinion doesn't change with the new gen. consoles
