By the way, check the ad and you'll find out that the reverse lights have been stuck on, the reverse gear is screwed and the owner f*ked the power-steering pump. Oh, and the tail-light wiring is faulty and the oil sensor always goes spastic. Enjoy.

No, it didn't look like a widebody, there was carbon fiber and air vents hanging out everywhere. Later I saw him trying to do a burnout. I nearly pissed myself watching him.

This afternoon I was driving from the shops on Henley Beach Road, and there's a school nearby. This asshole in a Skyline pulls up to the crossing where the kids are going home, and tries to do a burnout (of course it sucked, it's an import!). Anyway, he'd just marked himself out as a ricer, but what I didn't notice was the Commodore behind it. No, it wasn't a cop.

Instead, when the kids had crossed, the Skyline took off.

A couple of seconds later, the Commodore takes off too. Once I'm well away from the crossing children, I speed and catch up.

I grin. A huge one.
The Commo had tailgated the Skyline for a few seconds, then absolutely obliterated it. And it was a family car!

Things like this happen every day. But I only occasionally catch one.

The definition of "ricer" is a car that has been modified visually, but not performance wise. It is only eligible for ricer status if it has been modified visually. If it has been modified both ways, it isn't a ricer. A Mustang can be a ricer, an SLR can be a ricer, even an S2000. My car isn't a ricer because it hasn't been modified AT ALL. Streetfire and Don't Know don't drive ricers because their cars have been modified performance wise.
